Neon Genesis Evangelion: A Commentary is a commentary style podcast examining the 1995 anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Episode 05 is the first part of a two episode arc in which Shinji and Rei face off against the most formidable foe yet, the fifth angel Ramiel. This week, there is some awkward themes to shed some light on and there are some real subtleties regarding Rei and Shinji's relationship.
